I found some interesting, if uninformed posters over at Steve Patterson's urbanreviewstl blog discussing the windows of St. Aloysius.Say it ain't so!
According to the St. Louis Review, families of the window contributors were contacted. I guess they just forgot to mention you have to pay the "removal cost" if you want the window back, which if is truly over $1000, is a not insignificant cost.
