Today marks the one year anniversary of the closing of St. Boniface parish. Let us pause to remember the memories we have, and be certain to share them, with our family, friends and loved ones, while they are still with us.
"Should the sales of Immaculate Conception and St. Hedwig go through as expected, all the South St. Louis Deanery properties of parishes merged last year would be sold. "
Also in this article, the sale of St. Mary and Joseph School was mentioned:
"Richter said, "The Sts. Mary and Joseph school building is for sale (in Carondelet), but that is not directly related to the merger with St. Stephen Protomartyr, because that school was already closed. "

Longtime parishioner of St. Boniface, who started the original http://www.catholic-forum.com/churches/028stboniface site in 1998. Even though the parish is gone, this site remains to tell the story of this historic faith community that served south St. Louis for more than 140 years.
